Your report and on-site consultation will take you through a review of the property's heating system; central air conditioning system (temperature permitting); accessible interior / exterior plumbing and electrical systems; the roof, attic, and visible insulation (R-factor required); walls; ceilings; floors; windows and doors; the foundation and structure.
How long will it take?
The average inspection takes two to three hours depending on the size, age, and condition of the property. If you choose to have the report printed on-site, please allow at least twenty to thirty minutes more. When Do I Receive My Report?
You will receive your report within 2-3 business days.
Should I be There ?
We strongly urge the prospective buyer to be present for the walkthrough at the end of the inspection. By being present, you will have a far greater understanding of your new property and the report.
