Pricing

Residential Inspections:

• Single Family Residential

• Mulit-Family Properties (each unit will be priced and inspected individually)

Pricing:
Our pricing is simple: 10% of heated and cooled square footage (minimum of $150).  This price includes the house and all attached structures: (garages, porches, decks, etc.).  Detached buildings (garages, storage buildings, gazebos, etc.) are NOT included and will only be inspected at an additional charge.

Example: 1750 sq ft home = $175

Mileage:
Mileage is not assessed within a 50 mile radius of the Little Rock Metropolitan area.  A $25 charge will be assessed for any properties outside of the radius area.

Construction Phase Monitoring and Draw Inspections:
Typical inspections consist of three phases—footing, dry-in, and final.  Each inspection is 5% of heated and cooled square footage per inspection (minimum of $100 per inspection).

Special Pricing Considerations:
10% Discount of Inspection Prices (No Discounts for Commercial or Construction Work & not less than minimum pricing stipulations) are given for Active Military, Firefighter or Law Enforcement, & Educational Professionals who can show appropriate Identification. This discount applies only to "Time of Inspection" fees and not those billed for payment at closing.

Note: All Inspection prices are based upon square footage and residential or commercial zoning type.
